Prioritizing Safety and Health for our Worker and Customers
Safety and health are critical aspects of our battery manufacturing process. We've established a sound safety and health management system to protect our workers and visitors at GP Energy Tech. We're also committed to delivering safe and quality products to our customers, ensuring our commitment to safety and health at every stage.
Protecting Workers with Attention to Every Detail
At our company, the safety and health of our workers and visitors are of utmost importance. That's why we've established a proper safety and health management system. Our goal is to achieve "zero work injury" for our workers, and we prioritize improving worker awareness through continuous training and daily briefings.
We also prioritize machinery maintenance mechanisms and put up warnings for high-risk machinery parts, while ensuring valid permits and proper training for those operating special machines. We're prepared for emergencies with proper plans and drills, and we adhere to industry standards for chemical safety and dust control. Proper personal protection equipment (PPE) is also defined for each worker facing these potential hazards. Visitors to our shop floor area are provided with safety and health briefings.
In case of unfortunate events, a proper handling procedure is established to dictate course of actions. Root cause analysis and correction actions will take place to prevent further similar occurrences.
Ensuring Safe and Quality Products for Our Customers
We're committed to delivering safe and high-quality products to our customers during use. Our sound quality management system is certified by ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF16949:2016 standards, with products adhering to international environmental standards such as the EU Battery and Accumulator Directive (2006/66/EC), RoHS Directive, and EU REACH Regulation.
We also implement fail-safe design mechanisms and childproof packaging to protect our customers from potential hazards. Our products are certified with specific international safety standards for various industrial applications, such as UL 2054 for household and commercial batteries, UL 217 for smoke alarms, and IEC 62133 series for portable sealed secondary cells.
Safety and Health Always the Priority
Safety and health are at the forefront of our commitment. At GP Energy Tech, we've implemented a comprehensive safety and health management system to protect our workers and visitors. We spare no effort in ensuring the well-being of our employees, while also delivering safe and high-quality products to our customers. Our commitment to safety and health is embedded in every stage of our battery manufacturing process.
